I'm not sure whether this is a Samsung bug or a Spotify one, but it's **bleep** annoying. I have a Gear S3 with a playlist downloaded to it with some bluetooth headphones connected to the watch.
If I start a workout using the inbuilt Samsung Health program, it initially seems to work. Music controls for Spotify are available in the app and the audio feedback for the fitness app works seemlessly. But then the music just cuts out and I can't start it again until I close all apps and start again (annoying in the middle of a run). I might get 1 KM or 2 KM into the run, once it even lasted until the last couple 100 metres. But it never works all the way through if I use Spotify and Samsung Health on the watch at the same time.
