I HAVE A SECOND GENERATION HEOS 1 SPEKER (HS2) THAT I BUY FROM 1 YEAR AGO, USE EVERYDAY... I HAVE SPOTIFY PREMIUM, BUT SINCE AUGUST 2017 I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY HEOS 1 ONLY WHEN I USE SPOTIFY CONNECT! ... IT BEGINS TO PLAY THE MUSIC THAT I SELECT, BUT INVARIABLY AT THE END OF THE SECOND SONG IT STOPS AND LOSES THE CONNECTION WITH SPOTIFY!!!... ALREADY TRY EVERYTHING ... THE CHANGE OF WIFI TO WIRELESS, ERASE THE APPLICATION BOTH HEOS, AND SPOTIFY OF MY CELLULAR MOTOROLA G4 WITH ANDROID AND STILL LOSING THE CONNECTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?? ?
WHEN USING SPOTIFY ON MY CELLULAR IF IT WORKS AND THE CONNECTION IS NOT CUT, IT WORKS VERY GOOD, BUT WHEN I USE SPOTIFY CONNECT WITH MY HEOS 1 THE CONNECTION IS LOST AFTER THE SECOND SONG AND / OR MORE OR LESS 10 MINUTES! .. INCLUSIVE I WANTED TO USE IT WITH ANOTHER CELLULAR, A SAMSUNG NOTE I HAPPENED THE SAME !!! ... PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO ???... BUY THE HEOS 1 ONLY TO USE IT WITH SPOTIFY !!!
