A lot of people have reported this issue ... they can't find their chromecast devices. This has been a problem for a couple of years. The only solution is to kill the Spotify app in Android and then restart it. It wil then usually find the chromecast devices. Can't Spotify just have a button you can press to restart the ability to browse for the chromecast devices? I've seen the problem both in my Samsung S7 and Samsung S2 tablet. Everything on the latest SW.
