Hello Community,
So I've run into an issue that I need some help with.
It starts with opening Spotify, and seeing the message to connect to the Internet. I am connected to WiFi, but not data. Anything in chrome works. Doing a bit more digging, I rule out any ad blockers or firewalls on either my phone or my network. I test it out on wireless data, it works properly, and I'm able to see both my downloaded music and search for other music.
Now when I go back to WiFi to try again, I'm able to use the browse function properly, but I'm still unable to use the search function or see the home page.
Any help would be appreciated
To add:
I've restarted the phone
Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify
Cleared caches and such
And the problem persists. I will add to this as I troubleshoot further.
Having done absolutely nothing since my last update, it has started working properly again.
