Spotify recently stopped working when i use my mobile data, but works perfectly on wifi. i have checked and data usage on spotify is enabled, so i don't know what else the problem could be. i have looked at other threads here and have tried everything else (uninstalling, logging out, checking access point, etc), but nothing seems to be working? i keep getting a "no connection available" when i try to play a song although i have 4g internet.
everything else works perfectly on my data. i can use my netflix account, i can watch yotube videos, i can search the net, but seems like only spotify is being effected. i have tried to get in contact with my data service provider also, but to no avail as they believe the problem is spotify's end.
ps. i have a OnePlus 5 and am using a VOXI sim card by Vodafone.
