My Question or Issue
I browse for music using the search function, I find a song that I like and choose to save it to my music . This puts it in the "Your Library" tab under "Songs" . I also have this set to auto download for offline playback.
However if I go on either "Artists" or "Albums" i get a message saying "your favourite artists will appear here" or I see one album that I chose to save the whole album .
I know that in the past I have been able to see all artists and albums and it just shows me the songs I have saved but now this hasn't worked on my last two phones. My friend has an iPhone 8+ and his phone shows the albums and artists as normal for the songs that he has saved in the same way described above .
For the avoidance of doubt, I have carried out the basic steps of clearing offline data and redownloading my collection, reinstalling the app, and even factory resetting the phone (for an unrelated issue but did require full download and reinstallation of all of my apps including Spotify) and this hasn't done anything.
