My Question or Issue
It seems that the Spotify app is no longer supported on Ford's SYNC 3 media player. When you search for apps it doesn't come up. You can still play it over Bluetooth through the media stream but this is so much messier and you can't access recently played playlists or albums so whatever you have on stays on and if you finish listening to the playlist/ album you have to pull over, get your phone out and change to something else.
I pay for Premium and the only reason I pay for it is to listen to it in the car as the service can be patchy. It is a disservice to your customers to remove something so useful and effective. It was so easy and comfortable before. Pleeeeease, get in touch with Ford and put it back the way it was. Thanks!
