My Question or Issue

Hi everyone.

In the last week I am constantly having the volume changing, songs restarting or songs skipping. Just now, I've had a song restart only a few seconds in and this keeps happening.

I also have the Spotify app opening and playing music even without me opening it. It's almost as if it has remained open in the background even after I have shut it down and the music plays on its own.

I have checked my account and there are no other devices accessing it. So far the only work around has been to completely restart or shutdown my phone.
