My Question or Issue
I have a bluetooth radio (Kenwood DPX3) in my car that i specifically bought for spotify use. I had an iphone 5c that bluetooth worked with the radio perfectly through bluetooth. When i got the Revvl 2, Spotify would play one song, and the next song might be 2 seconds in when the system app for bluetooth crashed on the android. Not spotify, the system app "bluetooth". I did some of my own tests to find out what it was. Other music apps have no problem with bluetooth song change which is what boggled me. I even used soundcloud (one of my least favorite music apps) and it worked with bluetooth song change. I cleared the chache and data of the bluetooth system app and uninstalled/redownloaded spotify. The problem never went away.
So in short, when spotify is connected through bluetooth to my radio, a song change will crash bluetooth.
I hope somebody can figure this out.
Sincerely,
Hank Smith
