My Question or Issue

Apologies if this does not belong here, but I wanted to voice my thoughts on the recent update I got. Previously when my device was in the view of what song was playing (unsure what to call the screen) it had a nice BIG image of the album artwork and the media buttons were to the right of that image - perfect!

This new design (attached - no pun intended with the song I had playing) not only wastes so much of my screen it looks awful. You might as well not provide the album artwork since it's so small. What is up with this?
