My Question or Issue
Although I have connected my bluetooth speaker to my phone - and I can hear my key taps over the speaker - it will not play any music from Spotify. I have followed the instructions on your help pages, but to no avail. This wasn't a problem until the last week or so. I have subsequently tried playing Spotify through another bluetooth speaker and a pair of wireless headphones - it won't work on those either! Any help gratefully received!
