So for around 4 months I used spotify premium on phone and everything was fine. Then Spotify updated the app and it now seems like the only purpose of the update was to cause problems for premium users and change the spotify logo. First, the local files I had already synced to my phone stopped playing and i got the message the files hadn't been synced. The songs weren't grey and when I connected my phone to my computer, the computer said the songs had already been synced. I went to spotify customer service, where they gave me no help (Thanks guys! Appreciate it!). So I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app on my phone, and now the phone won't connect to my computer. If any spotify users have had this problem and found a solution, please let me know, since we all know spotify will do absolutely nothing to help us even though we're paying customers.
