My Question or Issue:

I have albums that are downloaded in my Spotify library so that I can listen to music offline. Is there some way to use voice commands to play an offline album? I can't use Google Assistant because that requires me to turn on wifi. I am trying to avoid using wifi because I don't have a large data plan. I would also like to use voice commands since it is unsafe to type things while driving.

I see that Spotify Voice can be used for voice commands. Is there some way to use this feature to play a downloaded album in offline mode?
