My Question or Issue
When I launch Spotify from Android Auto, it comes up but it does not seem to recognize that it has a data connection and will not play music and the "Songs" option is missing from the My Library menu. What I've found is that if I disconnect the phone, launch the Spotify app directly from the phone, then force it to close, and then re-connect the phone and re-launch Spotify via Android Auto it then functions properly. I have been forced to go through this process every time I get in the car since ~11/17 in order to get Spotify to work properly.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thx!
