As the title suggests, the pause/play button doesn't work on screen lock (mobile device). I can only skip the track. This issue has been mentioned before last year and I just wanna report that it's back again. I tried many solutions (reinstall many times, check facewidget, allow permissions and clear caches) Nothing worked. I checked my Samsung Music and I was able to pause&play music on screen lock. So I believe it's definitely an app issue. I have turned off the music widget for now coz it's annoying not being able to use the function. Please get this fixed soon. Or if anyone has any success, pls share. Thanks.
