My Question or Issue
Since a couple of months, Spotify randomly stops playing/pauses after a couple of songs on my smartphone. This problem has occured on different smartphones, be it in online or offline mode. I'm not the first one to raise this problem, and I've tried all of the suggested solutions, but alas: the problem keeps returning. The Spotify app is always up-to-date. What I've done so far:
- Close and restart the app
- Clearing the cache
- Logging out on device
- Logging out on all devices
- Logging out on all devices and reboot smartphones
- Deleting Spotify and re-downloading the playlists
- Allowing Spotify all permissions
- Disable battery saving settings
I'm quite fed up because of that trouble Spotify is giving us. It's impossible to listen to more than two or three songs in a row. The random pauses are mostly mid-song. My girlfriend whom I share a Family account with, encounters the same problems on her devices. Very strange. I hope a definitive solution will be proposed.
PS: This hasn't happened yet on my Windows laptop or desktop.
