Bad software update again, No sound on FireTV and the app freezes
I have a family premium plan. I been using spotify on my 4 Fire TV's with no problems for a couple of months.
Last night I open the app on the Fire tv, it won't playback the song that I asked, I try my phone and it worked. I tried to play the song that was on the phone using connect to a device and it said "device unavailable for listening". I try it several times and then I lost the Fire TV device from my screen, I restart the Fire TV and the phone app and it came back but it was not able to play sound.
I search online and it said that the problem was the router, I followed the instructions tat start with uninstalling the app from all my devices "a nightmare with a family plan" re install everything following the online instructions with no luck in any Fire TV I aslo update everything to the latest Update with no luck I also reset the network, restart the router and modem a couple of times and today I factory reset my Fire TV's with no luck.
By this point, I believe that the Spotify developer team forgot another time to add some devices before they push out an other software update.
Why this not surprise me? Could it be because Spotify developers always do that?
Guys, We pay for the service! it is not about reaching dead times, it is about the quality of your service!
if the update is not ready hold it! fix it! it and the push it out it is better for your customers.
Please guys, don't forget that the world is not only Iphones!
The world that fund the Spotify payroll uses PCs, Androids, Linux, Windows, Echo devices, Google home, Chrome Cast, Roku, Smart TV's.
I cannot get the tv to play music. Should I go back to Amazon Music and cancel my Spotify account?
