My Question or Issue

I have a lot of albums downloaded, not all albums songs are on my liked songs, and it's fine that way. But whenever I go offline, and try to open an albums it just says "Something went wrong, Try Again". I can't open any single album I've downloaded while offline. I can enter playlists and liked songs, but not albums. I really hope you can give me a solution other than to just reinstall. Another issue I've had for more time is that while offline, album filters don't work, it is stuck at recently added, which is the option I like the least. I reported the problem and I didn't get a solution other than to reinstall, and I did reinstall it but it did nothing. I hope you can help me, thank you.
