My Question or Issue

well like my previous issue I was able to do this before and now I cant- I have so many playlists I have no way to sort of keep track of them so I use emojis. I put a guitar emoji in front of a whole lot of playlists I had for songs I want to learn and songs I'm using for inspiration for a song I'm making for someone special. I also make characters in for film and develop playlists for films and I also find those playlist using an emoji I've put in front of them. well now when I search emojis on my playlists search anymore, this problem just arose recently but I've tried everything from updating my device, rebooting it, deleting the app, and downloading it again, logging in and out of my account. yeah, nothing has worked to change the MANY issues I have with Spotify, constantly. I don't know what yall even do but I'm just saying my Spotify account hardly even functions and sometimes an issue blows over after a few days or an update or reboot but some DONT so- 

and well I don't know if yall just took away the ability to search emojis or something but my cousin can do it just fine so I don't know why my account is any different. please fix the VARIOUS AND VAST issues you have with this app soon, surprisingly its the best app to use for music considering how much you can do on it but it really becomes the worst once all those things stop working... I really don't know how to explain why I'm always having so many constant issues with this app, as well as the windows desktop version via my previous complaints as to why I can't change my playlist covers even tho I used to be able to, when the support I was chatting with just left the chat and the issue never got resolved, okay rude. 

THANKS please clean up this app soon, I have no idea why I have so many issues when no one else seems to have anything wrong????
