When will podcasts be made available in Russia?

This is something that has been suggested and nothing has been done yet. So if any spotify employee responds to this, please don't say to make an idea and vote on it. Just please answer my question if this is a priority or not.

Because Joe Rogan will be exclusive to spotify on January 1, I expect it will happen before then.  If not, how will spotify provide us the full Joe Rogan library (which currently we can not access on Spotify)?

These are questions which should be easy to answer due to the global popularity of the Joe Rogan Experience and enormity of the spotify deal.
