So when I'm going thru my playlists and I search up an artist or an album, the local files in the playlist made by that artist or that are on the album that I searched will not show up. The only way for the local files to show up in the search function is to look up the name of a specific song. I use the search function all the time because my playlists are huge with tons of local files, so I forget about songs all the time, which is why I prefer to search by artist rather than specific songs. This started a few days ago and this was never an issue before. The problem is on both my Mac and my iPhone. I've attached some screenshots in case it's a little confusing to understand.
Things I've done to try to fix the problem:
Restarted my laptop and phone
Closed and reopened the app
Fully deleted and reinstalled the Spotify app on my laptop
Deleted the "index.dat" file
Deleted "local-files.bnk" file
Used another Spotify account to see if the problem would repeat itself. Still wouldn't work.
