Dear Spotify staff,
what's the whole point of synchronizing ALAC (Apple Loseless Audio Codec) files if the Android client can't play them back?
I know this bug (and missing feature) has been reported time ago, but it is still there.
Every other option is better than getting a mute track every now and then: not synchronizing it at all, synchronize it from Spotify if present, transconding it to MP3 on the fly (the best, if you ask me).
I really hope this issue to be worked out soon.
Best regards
Gianluca
