When playing music from the play queue, the like button stays an empty white outline when it’s tapped, not updating to the filled green heart. You still get the “Added to Liked Songs” pop-up at the bottom, and the song still shows up as liked elsewhere, such as if you trap the three-dots menu in the top right, view your Liked Songs, etc. This is (mostly) a visual bug, but it’s still pretty frustrating. You also can’t unlike a song by tapping the button again when this bug occurs. The same issue also occurs when liking the song from the drop-down notifications panel.
This has been going on for a while, despite attempting a complete reinstall multiple times, and happens every time I play from the play queue. It does not occur when playing from an album, playlist, or radio—only when playing from the play queue.
This bug occurred on both Android 11 and Android 12.
