I have previously reported this issue last year and the agent knew what I was talking about. They told me that this was being looked. Sadly nothing has been rectified. I am not sure anyone actually knows what I am talking about. It’s nothing to do with my account. I have logged in and out. I have completed hard reset It’s down to Spotify changing your operational features. Previously if I wanted to listen a completely random track. I would press the play button and it would randomly go to a different song. Now what has happened, If I want to listen a random song the shuffle mode only plays what it wants to select even when I disable the shuffle mode it still won’t allow me to press the button to randomly listen to. I am not the only user
