I've seen numerous threads on different websites about the "something went wrong" error occurring when you attempt to use your Spotify downloaded playlists with Apple Watch.
No amount of uninstalling or hard resets address the issue, as it's clearly a software malfunction that they need to address. I purchased premium just to listen to my Spotify playlists at the gym and after 30 minutes, the app crashes and then you'll get the "something went wrong" error..... So, I always find myself switching to Apple Music as the app actually works and won't leave me in the gym without music.
I'll probably migrate over to Apple Music next week, as Im done dealing with it, and it doesnt look like Spotify has any intention of addressing the issues with it.
