My Question or Issue
I am trying to add some mp3 files on my PC to a playlist and then download the playlist on my phone. This worked just fine 2 months ago, but for whatever reason, I can't download the songs now, and they get an exclamation point icon instead of the download one. I have already searched through the community, I cleared the cache, already did a clean reinstall, the files do not have DRM, and the "recent changes to syncing" answers all over the community were much before I did this exact same process two months ago.
