I have several playlists (and Spotify creates playlists for me) that have long Ambient / New Age pieces. Spotify routinely will stop playing a song (truncate the song) and move on to the next item in the playlist. It often does this with pieces roughly 10min to 20min in actual length, but plays the 1st 3min, then proceeds to the next playlist item - stopping that previous track in mid note. None of the below information is required. Though 1st noticed on Android, it happens on Windows PCs and Linux.
