My Spotify is currently completely ruined by the fact that I play so many nursery rhymes for my child while at home in the house, as my smart speakers etc use my Spotify account. My discover weekly suggestions, which used to be brilliant, are now entirely made up of nursery rhymes, which means I basically cannot use that playlist anymore and I am no longer able to discover new music like I used to. Nursery rhymes should be exempt from counting towards discover weekly suggestions because it will be mostly adults using their own Spotify accounts to play songs for their kids and they obviously have no interest in those songs for themselves. Any child that is at the age of enjoying nursery rhymes will almost definitely not have their own Spotify account so these songs counting towards discover weekly is completely pointless I would say.
I'm sure hundreds and thousands of parents would agree with this - Let's get our Spotify new music suggestions back on track and stop kids completely ruining our accounts!
