I e-mailed the support team yesterday about being charged the 9.99 even though i am on the student account plan for preimum now. I pay for mine and my brothers spotify account. When they responded back saying they would take care of it my spotify immediatly stopped working. I use this app multiple times a day so im very frusterated that it is impossible to get a hold of anyone to fix this problem. I am currently on an older spotify account i have that is free. The one that i pay for, for preimum is not and has not been working all day due to confronting this issue. How the heck can i fix anything if it says unable to log in or wrong username/password, when i know for sure it is correct.
