Guys.
Look up "Spotify won't detect Android" or anything along that line on Google.
The sheer number of results you get is absolutely pathetic. At this point, it's not even a niche issue -- It's an issue a vast majority of Android users are facing. And you guys are just blatantly ignoring the issue.
YES, I am a premium user.
YES, I have double checked to make sure I am under the same Wi-Fi connection on both my computer and my phone.
YES, Spotify is set as an exception under Firewall.
YES, I am in my own house under a private network.
YES, Spotify is updated to its latest version on both PC and Android.
NO, I cannot sync local files to Spotify.
Like why is this even an issue I have to look up at this point? Some of the older posts date back two years. Enable cable syncing and just be done with, Wireless Transfer is such a fad that's faded out, I'd rather have something a little more stable please.
Yeah, I can Google and look up solutions, and MAYBE if I'm lucky I can find a solution and fix this issue (which shouldn't even be an issue in the first place) within 10, 15, 30 minutes, maybe an hour, but I've been banging my head at this for 5 hours now. Stop wasting my time giving little tidbit advices like "Are you sure you're under the same network?" and fix the actual issue.
This is really frustrating.
