Hello Community!

I have been using Spotify Unlimited for the past few months. I was clicking about my profile today and accidentally switch my details to "Premium." Is there any way to change it back so I can access my Unlimited offline music? I'd just like to switch my reaccuring payment back to "Unlimited."

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You might be able to do this from your online cancellation page, the second option when I view mine is to downgrade to unlimited. 


If not you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
