Accidentally Unlinked my account

So a while ago my friend logged into his account on my phone at a party, and for some reason he decided to press "link account", so my fb account got linked to another account. while that problem was sorted, it seems i've lost the ability to log back in to my previous account.

While i know the number of my account (1231298642), I can't access it. 

What can I do?

You should get in touch with customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
