Accidentally connected to a random TV on my network. Is there anything to worry about?

My Question or Issue

I was sitting in my room and I was trying to connect my speaker, but instead, I connected to some random TV on my network or my neighbor's TV. I know my Spotify isn't hacked because I can disconnect from WiFi and go to cellular and it disappears. I was wondering if I need to worry about anything like account access or account details being shared or leftover on the TV. Thank you in advance!
