Account Cancelled?? I can't log in on my main account!!

My Question or Issue

My account was closed without my consent?? This is a throw away I've just made, but I've had account security issues in the past, which caused me to lose out on the Hulu bundle in the past, and now randomly today at about 11:30 while in the middle of listening to spotify, my account was cancelled and closed.  I cannot even log into my primary account any more and I have not heard any response from spotify on this.  I've been a paying customer for 5 years or so and I have not heard anything from Spotify yet, despite using their contact us form.  How long is the average turn over to even recieve a reply from customer service?  I was able to go into a live chat a few months ago, but now it seems live chat is disabled?

Posting here for some visibility and maybe getting help in actually talking to someone!!!
