Account Still Hacked Despite Signing Out of Everywhere & Changing Password

I realised that somebody was using my account so I signed out of everywhere else. I changed my password too to prevent said person from using it again. 

Despite taking the two actions above, I realised my account was still being used by other people because I noticed that

1) All my existing playlists were deleted

2) Songs and Artists were added to my library that were not my music preference at all. 

Please help to address this and restore my faith in Spotify's security measures.
