I made my account on Spotify using Facebook, I changed the social network's email but Spotify didn't changed it automatically I don't have access to the old email and don't remember the Facebook password so I can't update my  information or delete the account for create another one, what should I do?

Hey @renathalima, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Since you mentioned your account was connected to Facebook, you're unable to change the email address that is on your Spotify account. 

Even though you changed the email address on your Facebook account, are you able to select log in with Facebook when you try to log in?

Keep me posted and send me a screenshot of any error message you receive.

Yes, I can log in with my Facebook account but I really want to change my email and password because I don't think it will work if I try a premium account. Do you know where I can get the help desk number from Brazil? maybe if I call them can solve my problem.
