Account is being hacked

My account, part of Spotify Family, is being hacked. My email-adress and password is being overwritten by an unknown gmail-adress, from somebody located in GB (we live in Holland). I can still have access to my account through my Facebook token, but I have no option to change the hackers emailadress, as I have to verify this with a new password. My girlfriend has access to the family account and also sees this unknown email adress. We can remove this person from the account, but of course we don't want to face the loss of all the playlist I have collected throughout the years. 

As this is really big issue that Spotify has been faced, I guess you guys need to solve this asap. I'm a paying user for quite some years, and this feels like a really big violation of my safety. 

I hope you can get in contact with me asap. Of course I won't share any personal data (also not from the hacker) through this channel, and as I can't find any way to get into contact with Spotify through a personal channel, this is my only way to solve this.
