Account is being used somewhere else

Hello,

 

I am getting an alert that "Spotify has been paused becuase your account is being used somewhere else." I logged out of all devices remotely on the Account page on Spotify and even changed my password. But I am still get this alert and can't listen to my music. Can someone please advise? Is there a way to see where the account is being used?
