Account problem - international use with a premium subscription

Account problem - international use with a premium subscription

Hello,

I have a Spotify Premium account in the UK. I've been a student in Germany for a few months using Spotify with no issues. Suddenly, tonight, I'm getting a message saying that I need to upgrade my account to use Spotify internationally. Also, annoyingly, all my access to music seems to be blocked, even though as far as I can tell, my bill is paid!

What's up with that??

Hi, please check what is says you're subscribed to at http://spotify.com/account/subscription - if it says premium then log out then in, if it says free, check the payment went through - if it did, use the Support Form to contact customer services, to update your account, if not, just resubscribe 🙂
