Account was hacked a few months ago, my suggestions are still messed up

A few months ago my account was hacked and I lost almost all of my created and followed playlists (for some reason the restore playlist option only saved three of them), and had them replaced with gibberish named playlists filled with French Nu-Disco. I've managed to recreate and find most of them, but now what I can't seem to fix are my suggestions from Spotify, and my emails that are now delivered to me in French. I've checked, double checked and triple checked to make sure my preferences are set to English in my account settings, but at this point I am absolutely flummoxed as to how to fix this. Any hints?

That's not cool! Unfortunately, for the time being there is no feature to restore/reset your suggestions from Spotify; It is based on the style of music you usually listen to, so if you keep listening to music you'll get your own music back on track.

Also if you have the wrong country selected for your account, you will get emails from Spotify in different language. Check out if your country is set different from where you live;
