This question would be best directed toward KPN - They handle your subscription on this account, and they will be able to look into why it might have been cancelled.

Have KPN said anything? It may be something to do with your contract with them. You would be better off asking them.

KPN is a telecommunications provider - Much like Three, Virgin or Orange. They have a deal where you can get Spotify as part of your monthly subscription.
