Already used free trial?

Already used free trial?

Today I upgraded to premium, but I believe that I've previously used the 3o day free trial. So now when I go to use the Spotify app on my phone, it is saying I can only use Spotify radio. Is there any way to remove the free trial (since I don't technically have one) and go right to premium?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

If you have previously used the 30 day free trial and subscribed today again, then your trial should automatically be over and you should be charged. Be aware that it might not currently be working due to a temporary server issue posted here which will hopefully be fixed soon!
