Automatically upgraded; what gives?

Automatically upgraded; what gives?

I have been an unlimited subscriber for the past few months. A few days ago I accessed Spotify via my mobile device, without realizing that this was an unlimited feature. Today I received a notification that Spotify charged my paypal account for the $9.99/m without my consent. I looked through terms and agreements/legal and found nothing that said that upon accessing a mobile feature that I would be automatically upgraded. I am a bit purturbed, as my unlimited service was charged not more than a few weeks ago. I believe I do have some leverage here in requesting my account be refunded. If I am in the wrong, or am missing some documentation that specifically states that I am liable to be charged, please feel free to correct me or to point me in the direction of such written terms.

Hi. I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
