Being Charged for Download .... Without downloading!

So I've been using spotify (this time around), for about 1/2 months I think.

I listen to the top 100 song playlist most days and have it as offline on my mobile.

 

Well i was charged two lots of £50 (£100)  for two groups of 100 songs yesterday. I dont' download music. I listen to the palylists offline with my premium account. I don't even know HOW to download music with spotify. Haven't a clue.

 

I can only guess it's the top 100 playlist I've payed for? Unless I hear anything from spotify today I'll be contacting my bank to investigate fraudulent events on my bank account.

Hey, it looks like the downloads are taking a little while to come through. I'll keep an eye on this though, and check back shortly to see if things have changed.

 

And I'll get the right people to look into why there's a delay at the moment.

Hi,

This happened to me too, 2 purchases, one for 26 and one for 50 downloads, and not able to download anything, it keeps asking for further payments and says I have no downloads!

still the same.. Now i've paid 10 times for the same list, will you pleas cancel those orders ? other wise I've pais like 140 EURO for nothing. please fix it and let me know when i can download those lists again: '" I have a gig tonight so..Pleas fix 😕

You'll need to get in touch with our payment team through our contact form to see about getting all those additional purchased bundles refunded. Be sure not to use them if possible, or we won't be able to refund them.

Well...I thought it was fixed although I had not been credited with my full amount of downloads purchased and was fooled into buying more...which have not been processed either, so am not very happy. Something is seriously amiss with this purchasing arrangement. I will check the forums for any problems like this before spending any money with you in the future. Would like an explanation when you figure it out.

I also have the same problem. I am leaving for a trip and wanted to buy some music along --- How long is the delay in purchases ? If it is not many hours, all is fine. But would help if you know roughly how long it is ?

The same problem for me too. Bought 40 downloads, got an error on first purchase, said payment didn't work.

Tried again, and this time it was successful, though I have no downloads. As I look at my receipts, I have 2 receipts for 40downloads. 

 

On the successful purchase I understand it as it is just delay? Is it possible to know how long?

But the first purchase I got a message saying it was unsuccessful, still I got receipt for it. Will I be able to undo one of them (since I only wanted 40 songs)?

Hey, I got the same problem, but I am curious --- from where you can view the receipts ?

Ok, found the receipts already.

I paid twice for a song (never got it downloaded)

Paid for a different one...same results (no downloading)

What can I do?

I bought 10 downloads, downloaded 6 successfully, two (out of the 8 i clicked) haven't downloaded but it says I only have 2 downloads left. 😞

 

It should say 4.

 

What do I need to do?


Where can I find a recipt/record of what I have  done?
