Being charged for premium but no music

Being charged for premium but no music

I started with the premium so I could listen to my music offline..as I often travel to places with no cell reception. It worked fine but now when I log into my account, it says I am signed up with Spotify free but yet I am charged every month for it and my playlist is gone. Help! Very annoyed!

Hi @Jaskinner25 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

Would you be able to check the username on one of your Spotify premium receipts just to make sure you're logging in with the correct user name. If you usually login through facebook it'll be a 10 digit number, otherwise it'll be an email or the name part of an email (probably the latter).
