I'm getting charged both $9.99 and $14.99 (Family) for my subscription...how do I 'undo' this?

You've either clicked on the 'start my spotify premium' twice but dont worry as you wont be charged for next month.

Also you might have a second account? best thing to do is double check or ask your family members if they subscribed with your payment details.
