Boku option unavailable

I'm trying to switch my payment method from Paypal to Boku and I'm having issues doing so. I follow the instructions that say I need to cancel first (even though I'm not currently an Unlimited or Premium member) and then I'll be presented with the option to use Boku. Unfortunately, after "cancelling my subscription" I'm still not presented with the option to use Boku, and It looks like the cancellation never happened. Would love to get back into Premium...

As we will need to ask security questions in order to continue, could we please ask you to get in touch using our online form and one of our advisors will be more than happy to help further. If you go to https://www.spotify.com/#premium then select you want Premium, and then login, do you not get Boku as a payment option on that screen?

No, I don't. And now after trying to figure this out (by cancelling my non-existant subscription as directed by the FAQ's) I was somehow charged on a bank account that I haven't been using. I now have a $30 overdraft fee because of this when all I wanted to do was pay for a $9.99 subscription with Boku. I now have no subscription and owe my bank over three times what a month of this even costs. To ice the cake, I can't even call or chat with someone about it, because for some reason it seems that Spotify deems customer service unnessecary. I appreciate any further light you may be able to shed on this or help you can offer, and I don't mean to come across as irate, but I'm quite unhappy about this as a whole.
