Bought track does not appear in the download folder or in my hard disk

Bought track does not appear in the download folder or in my hard disk

I just bought a track and I got the purchase confirmation email, but the track is nowhere to be found. Does anybody know why? Am I missing something?

Purchased tracks are in Downloads section and in My Music folder.

Same problem here, i cant find my buyed track.... the red arrow is the buyed track, and this track doesnt appear with the others (and very old) others buyed tracks. It is a bug? It's the second time that I buy a track in the wind like that...help.PNG

That's strange.

Hey there!

Just popping my head in. I've had a look at your account and I can only seem to see two purchased tracks. You seem to have one download credit on your account, so try the following.

* Locate the track within Spotify
* Right click on the track and select "Get Track"
* You should be prompted to enter your password
* This will allow you to use a Download credit to purchase the track.

If i do that, i will buy again the track and i have said it's already buyed...
