CONNEXION COMPTE PREMIUM AVEC FACEBOOK IMPOSSIBLE

Bonjour,

Depuis au moins deux jours, impossible de me connecter avec mon compte premium créer via FACEBOOK. C'est la première fois que je rencontre un problème avec SPOTIFY.

J'ai déjà consulté les aides suivantes sans succès : https://support.spotify.com/mc/article/using-spotify-with-facebook/

Merci de m'indiquer rapidement quel est le problème. Et de m'apporter une solution.

If you are unable to connect your account to Facebook it is possible that you have another Spotify account that is already linked to your Facebook profile. To double check this, you should follow the steps listed in this article. 

In case the issue persists, it'd be great if you could send over a screenshot of the error message you're getting so we can investigate this further. Just make sure to hide any private/sensitive information when posting on the Community.

I still have the same problem. 

Please find screenshots. 

For information, on friday july 31th i created the account with which i am spealing to yoi simply to resolve my issue and i did not link with my Facebook.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

We have a couple more steps you can try out to test, whether or not there is already an account connected with your Facebook profile. Could you let us know what happens, when you try to log in over the Facebook button? 

We suggest that you also try to reset your password with the email address your Facebook account was originally created with. Let us know if you receive an email there.

If you manage to log in this way, you should head over to your account page and take note of the username of this account. if you decide to close it and free up the connection to your Facebook you will find the necessary steps here.
