Can't Change my country settings

Hi, good morning everybody

I live in Brazil, and I've received an invitation to test Spotify, but I can't change my country settings, because Brazil is not listed in the countries page Spotify provides.

I've sent contact forms to the support team, but they just don't respond! Is there some way to make it work?

You and a thousand fellow Brazilians who created accounts using VPNs or whatever 🙂

Just get in touch here and the account guys will fix this for you. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it to speed things along.

I've tried this before, and I've tried again yesterday, through your link.

But the Spotify Staff seems to be overlooking this requests... they never gave me even an answer...

UNfortunately only they can sort this out. Did you at least get an automated email with a case # ?

Yes, I got a confirmation e-mail... but no solution... 

I'll wait.

If you reply to that automated email it will make sure your case reaches one of the spotify team quickly.
